2. Foreign individuals residing in Senegal or West African country Copy of the applicant's Registration Card
3. Non-resident foreigners passing through Senegal or West African country
Copies of the first three pages of the applicant's passport and of the page containing the stamp of the General Directorate of National Border Security on arrival;
Exchange slip or any other document in lieu (receipt of withdrawal of dirhams from ATMs, exchange ticket issued by automatic exchange machines, etc.) dating from less than one month and justifying the origin of the currencies of the amount to be transferred;
Copy of the beneficiary's ID.
